I have stood in one General Election and two local election campaigns for the Green Party, and details of the GE and one of the local election campaigns are given below. After these unsuccessful attempts at getting elected I turned to writing up policy, and my contribution to the 2010 General Election campaign was to be a lead writer on the Green Party Manifesto. I am a member of the Green Party of England and Wales, and I contested the 2005 General Election in the constituency of Newcastle-under-Lyme. This is what happened:

I also contested the Keele ward in the local elections of May 2006, and we nearly unseated the Liberal Democrat leader. The results were as follows:
